Where do I find my download?

After payment you are redirected to the success page which issues a private, signed download link. The link is also included in your Stripe receipt email if email delivery is enabled for your order.

My link expired

Download links are short-lived to protect your purchase. Reopen the success page from your receipt to generate a fresh link. Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads by default.

The file will not open

• Confirm the download completed (compare the file size to the receipt).
• Open with a modern PDF reader (Preview, Adobe Reader, or your browser).
• Try downloading from a laptop or desktop if a mobile browser refuses.

I never received a receipt

Check spam and promotions. If nothing arrives, contact us with the email you used and the approximate purchase time. See Contact.
