Refund Policy

She Craves sells digital products (downloadable PDF guides) that are delivered immediately after payment. Because access is granted instantly, refund rights on digital content are limited. This policy explains when a refund may be granted.

Eligibility window

Refund requests may be submitted within [refund window — e.g. 14 days, to be confirmed by owner] of the original purchase date, provided the download has not been substantially used (fewer than 2 downloads on the account).

Non-refundable cases

• The download link has been used more than 2 times.
• The file has been shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced.
• The refund window has passed.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support.

How to request a refund

Email [support email — to be confirmed] from the address used to purchase, including your order reference. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

Payment processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. She Craves does not store full card details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically clear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Adults 18+ and educational nature

Purchases are limited to consenting adults aged 18+. Content is educational and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference does not automatically qualify for a refund.
